And it's officially Day 1 of my 0 calorie liquid fast. The name of the game is -as always- lose weight. The rules are simple and as follows: consume only water and tea (without any additives i.e. sugar, milk, etc.). I am hoping to last for at least 3 days and my goal is 5 days straight. I'll keep you updated as time progresses. Thinspiration anyone?
